Recently Photography Assistant, Wakasa, and I decided to venture out for a "photography mission" to the Ngong Hills Wind Farm. It was a fairly relaxed 40 minute drive with spots of traffic near Dagoretti Corner & Ngong Town. Seeing as neither of us had ever been to the Wind Farm, Google Maps was our best friend.

After a few winding roads, half way up Ngong Hills, we found ourselves at a KWS checkpoint. I honestly had no idea ti...

Today we aim the spotlight on Kenyan photographer Fredrick Ochieng. A man of many endeavours focusing on community development, using his skills in photography and filmmaking to tell stories full of hope, inspiration and most of all, authenticity.

“I’m interested in telling stories that are not told by national media, or international media.”

Recently I had the pleasure of catching up with my good friend and Nairobi's Queen of Tribal House, Dj Vidza. Vidza needed some studio photography done, to use as promotional material, so I decided to kill two birds with stone and turn it into a feature about the incredibly talented female DJ.

In addition, I soon realised that I was giving far more of my energy & efforts to other facets in...

My first ever Photographer Feaure post kickstarts with fellow photographers in arms and best friend, Max McClure.

There was always a somewhat unmentioned sense of competition between the two of us. I firmly believe that our efforts to continuously best each other resulted in how far we've both gotten in our professional lives.

Over the years, since our Uni days, Max has built up a wealth of knowledge and experience wo...
