 Still on the Deep South flex, Maestro Mulunda served us up some delicious Sticky Rum Ribs... ABSOLUTELY DELISH.

 Mulunda took it to the Deep American South on this one! Crispy Souther Fried Goodness. Oh Lawdy! It was a lovely hot sunny Friday when he put this plate of deliciousness together. As I chowed down on the crispy king chicken, I had one of those moments where I realise ... "I really love my job", lol.

I'm sure you've all been wondering whats coming up next in our recipe series with cooking maestro Mulunda Kombo. This time round we have a CLASSIC MARGARITA PIZZA for you to try out.

500g AP flour
Pinch of salt
7g dried yeast
2tbs extra virgin olive oil
250ml water (lukewarm)
